FijiFirst will form government again for the next four years as they have topped the official tally of the 2018 general elections results with 227,241 votes which is 50.02 percent of the total votes.
This is from the official results from the 2,173 polling stations around the country.
Based on the official results, FijiFirst gets 27 parliamentary seats and will form government.

NFP had secured 5.45 percent of the total votes in the 2014 general elections.
Unity Fiji finished with 6,896 votes, HOPE had 2,811 votes while the Fiji Labour Party finishes with 2,800 votes. The three parties have not made the 5 percent threshold to get parliamentary seats.
The total number of valid votes in the 2018 general elections was 454,335 votes. The total number of invalid votes was 4,197 votes. The total number of votes cast in the 2018 General Elections was 458,532 votes.
The total number of registered voters for the 2018 General Elections is 637,527 votes. 178,995 registered voters did not vote in the elections.
The Electoral Commission will return the writ of elections to President Jioji Konrote at 5.30pm today confirming that the 2018 general elections is completed.
