Fiji to face New Zealand in Oceania 7s final

The Fiji Airways National 7s team will now play rivals New Zealand in the final of the Oceania 7s.

Fiji beat Samoa 17-7 in their semifinal while New Zealand outclassed Australia 31-0.

Kalione Nasoko scored Fiji's first try after some hard running while the conversion was missed.

Samoa hit back and scored a try to lead 7-5.

Nasoko scored his second try after some brilliant play from Jerry Tuwai, Waisea Nacuqu and Vatemo Ravouvou.

Fiji led 10-7 at half time .

Nacuqu has been in impressive form scoring Fiji's third try after catching a cross field kick from Ravouvou and raced away untouched to score.

Fiji coach Gareth Baber is expecting a tough match against New Zealand.

Meanwhile in the women's final New Zealand will play Australia at 7.56pm while Fijiana will play PNG for the 3rd and 4th playoff.
