The Vodafone Fiji 7s team has lost to South Africa 21-26 in the London 7s semifinals.
Both teams were locked at 14-all at half time with an exciting game consisting of pace and power but the South Africans came back strongly in the second half to score two tries to beat Fiji.
Fiji's tries was scored by Kitione Taliga, Osea Kolinisau and Apisai Domolailai while South Africa crossed over with four tries.
Fiji will now face USA in the third place play-off at 4.32am.
Meanwhile South Africa will meet Scotland in the London 7s final at 4.57am.
