The Vodafone Fiji 7s have thrashed Russia 54-0 in a thrilling second pool match of the Paris 7's tournament.
Both Mesulame Kunavula and Kalione Nasoko scored 2 tries each in the first half to help Fiji lead 26-0 at half time.
Waisea Nacuqu and Amenoni Nasilasila scored a try each while Mesulame Kunavula scored another two tries in the 2nd half.
Fiji’s final pool match is against Australia at 3.14 this morning.
The medal quarter-finals will start at 8.28pm tonight, the medal semifinals will be played at 12.18am Monday while the medal final will be played at 3.33am Monday.
Barring any upsets, Fiji is likely to meet South Africa, Canada or Scotland in the quarter finals, they are likely to face England or USA in the semifinal and can face New Zealand or Australia in the final.
