The Vodafone Fiji 7's team has now set its eyes on the Capetown 7s after losing to South Africa 26-14 in the final of the Dubai 7's yesterday.

Interim coach Nacani Cawanibuka says it was a tough start to the World Series and the boys realise that all teams will be out to defeat Fiji.

Cawanibuka says that it was a tough game for the boys in the final against a very good South African side.

The Fiji 7's team is in Pool B with France, Kenya and Japan in the Cape Town 7s this weekend.

Dubai winners South Africa is drawn in Pool A with Australia, USA and Russia.

England is in tough Pool C which also features New Zealand, Argentina and Canada.

Wales, Scotland, Samoa and invitational team Uganda are in Pool D.

After the Dubai 7's, South Africa lead the 2016/17 HSBC Sevens Series standings with 22 points, Fiji is in second place with 19 points, followed by England with 17 points, Wales has 15 points and Australia have 13 points.
