They have both surrendered their passports and have been ordered to report to the Navua Police Station on the last Saturday of every month.

The matter will be called at the Navua Magistrates Court on the 19th of April.

The 12-year-old boy of Tokotoko Navua passed away in the tragic accident in Navua Town on Sunday.
