With less than six hours to go for the Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s to take on reigning series champions, South Africa who are targeting their second tournament win in as many weeks after taking glory in the opening round of the 2018 world series in Dubai last weekend.
Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team coach Gareth Baber believes that communication is vital and the players have been reminded to be focused on their defence and to work together.
South Africa will face Fiji in the Quarterfinal of the South Africa 7's at 11.04 tonight.
Fiji defeated Samoa 38‑7 in their last pool match, Canada had earlier caused a major upset defeating Fiji 22‑14.
Fiji defeated Wales 28‑14 in their first pool match.
In other quarter finals, England will face New Zealand at 11.26pm, Canada take on France at 11.48pm while USA meets Argentina at 12.10am tomorrow.
The semifinals will start at 3.34am tomorrow while the final will be held at 6.44am tomorrow.
