Concerns raised after several cars were targeted by a group of youths at Gaji Road roundabout in Raiwaqa

People are calling for urgent action after several cars were targeted by a group of youths aged between 16 to 18 years at the Gaji Road roundabout in Raiwaqa last night.

Eyewitnesses saw the youths stopping taxis and then grabbing items and cash from the vehicles.

They were also seen targeting vehicles that were parked in traffic.

Some taxis were also stoned when they did not stop.

People are saying that this situation is now getting out of hand and urgent action is required.

Police will comment later.
