At least two rape cases have also emerged where the girls got pregnant.
Three men allegedly raped a 11-year-old girl in Labasa earlier this year and she is now pregnant.
Police investigations continue into this matter.
Towards the end of July, a report was received from health authorities of a 14-year-old who was pregnant.
Nasinu Police investigated the matter and charged the 28-year-old suspect who is the victim's neighbour.
He was charged with 3 counts of defilement of a young girl between the age of 13 to 16 years.
The accused is remanded.
Looking at the statistics - there were 21 victims of the 71 separate sexual violence cases in July this year of whom 15 victims were under the age of 18 years.
There were 7 incidents where the accused and the victims were related to each other.
Of these 7, there was one serious offence where a 43-year-old biological father is alleged to have raped his 14-year-old daughter in her bedroom.
There was one serious incident where a 60-year-old stepfather is alleged to have raped and sexually assaulted his 16-year-old stepdaughter.
There was one serious incident of alleged gang rape.
Three of the 6 accused persons charged in this matter were juveniles.
There was one incident of defilement where 9 of the 11 accused charged were juveniles.
They allegedly defiled a 14-year-old girl.
In another separate incident a 14-year-old girl was forced into the car during daylight and allegedly raped by a 52-year-old man.
The accused is also charged with one count of abduction.
