Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Nacani Cawanibuka has named his 12 players to play in the Cape Town 7s this weekend.
The forwards are Jasa Veremalua, Setareki Bituniyata, Masivesi Dakuwaqa, Sevuloni Moceinacagi, Emosi Mulevoro will be playing utility at hooker and halfback while Kalione Nasoko will also be a forward and back utility.
The backline includes Jerry Tuwai, Kitione Taliga, captain Osea Kolinisau, Samisoni Viriviri, Joeli Lutumailagi and Josua Vici.
Cawanibuka says Nemani Nagusa will be the 13th player on standby while Waisea Nacuqu has been rested for this weekend.
Cawanibuka says the team is ready for their first game against Japan tomorrow.
Fiji will play Japan at 11.05pm tomorrow, they will then play Kenya at 2.26am Sunday and Fiji’s final pool match is against France at 6.12am Sunday.
The Cup quarterfinals will begin at 11.04pm Sunday, the semifinals will start at 3.34am Monday and the final will be played at 6.44am Monday.
