FICAC Charges Two NLTB Officers
Two NLTB employees have been charged by FICAC with misconduct in public office for allegedly approving payments to a Mataqali without following proper procedure.
Seremaia Vueti allegedly approved advanced payments on four separate occasions to the Mataqali Tilivasewa amounting to over $6,700 without following proper NLTB procedures while Jacoro Kenatale is alleged to have illegally approved 2 advance payments to the Mataqali Tilivasewa amounting to $1,517.
The two appeared before Ba Magistrate John Rabuku on Friday and their plea has been deferred to April 3rd. |
