Interim Finance Minister and leader of the Fiji Labour Party, Mahendra Chaudhry has stressed that the Forum Foreign Ministers and the international community should understand that the People's Charter process will be completed first before the next elections.
Chaudhry said the Charter will have to come first for Fiji to progress in the future.
