The Fiji Rugby Union will conduct it's Grand Lottery Draw tomorrow however the previous lottery prize winner, Olaf Allen Junior said he will continue to pursue his legal matter against the FRU in court.
A disappointed Ollaf Allen Junior told us this morning that he feels the decision is unfair.
He also said that he bought a $20 ticket and was not part of the group that bought the tickets when the price was reduced in December 2010.
Allen who won the first prize money of $100,000 took action against the FRU because he is yet to receive the prize.
The hearing date for the case has been set for July.
Earlier this year, FRU started refunding the ticket holders that bought the 2011 RWC lottery tickets at the price of $10 and $15.
When we contacted the FRU for a comment, all queries have been referred to the CEO, Manasa Baravilala.
