Vodafone Fiji Bati wing Semi Radradra is not eligible to play for New South Wales at the upcoming State of Origin but is only eligible to play for the Kangaroos.
This was confirmed to Fijivillage by Fiji Bati trainer Sonny Blake after Radradra was not included in the New South Wales team for the state of origin.
Blake said for Radradra to play in the Origin he has to be born in New South Wales or have stayed in Australia for three years and over.
Meanwhile, Akuila Uate and Tariq Sims has been left out of the Fiji Bati team for the Four Nations qualifier against Samoa as they are named in the NSW squad for the state of Origin.
Penrith Panthers flyer Etonia Nabuli is the new face in the team while making a return is former Fiji Captain Lote Tuqiri.
The Vodafone Fiji Bati will take on Toa Samoa on the 3rd of May.
