Speaking to Fijivillage in the last hour a staff nurse at the Nadi hospital said that wind and rain intensity has decreased for now and that it is not severe as it was yesterday afternoon.
Coral Coast:
Hideaway Resort Guest Relations Manager Ranadi Bolawaqatabu said that with high tide now taking place, they are concerned with sea swells.
She added that at the moment there has been a lull in rain, and that winds are occasionally gusty at times and occasional rain is experienced.

Edinburgh drive in Suva is still closed to all traffic.
Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro said that this is due to fallen trees on the main road.
Naisoro said that they do not know when Edinburgh drive will be open to traffic.
