Residents in the Central Division can expect intermittent water supply from today due to a power shutdown at water pumps at Wainibuku and Tovata.

The areas affected include Valelevu areas, Naveiwakau, Caubati and Newtown.

Intermittent water supply is also expected for Naboro/Navua and Deuba.

For the Western Division, the areas in Tavua affected are Yaseyase, Tagitagi, and between Tavua Bridge to Rabulu Village.

In Rakiraki, rural areas now without water are Rewasa, Rakiraki towards Ellington, Wairuku to Narewa and Qalau.

In Lautoka, power is off at the Buabua and Saru Water Treatment plants while hotels in Nadi are being advised to store water.

Meanwhile, in the North water supply is currently being affected due to the recent FEA power shutdown.

Areas affected are within Labasa, Savusavu and Nabouwalu.
