Australian Thunderbolts thrash Navosa Warriors

The Aussie Thunderbolts have stamped their mark in the Coral Coast 7s tournament after thrashing the Navosa Warriors 31-5 in its first match.

Australian 7s reps Pama Fou, Will Miller and Cameron Clark are part of the Thunderbolts.

Coach, Michael O’Connor said despite the win they have to lift their performance in order to proceed to the final stages of the tournament.

Other teams that look impressive include Central Coast Champions, Westfield Barbarians as they outclassed Navy 33-nil. Pio Tuwai is leading the charge for the Westfield Barbarians.

Defending champions, Wardens Gold led by Apisai Nayabo also look good as they defeated Redrock Two 12-nil. 

Meanwhile, Waisale Serevi and Ben Gollings featured for the Serevi Select team as they beat Lomaiviti 17-14.

In other matches so far, defending champions Wardens Gold drew 12-all with Naviti, Tonga Aoniu beat Warwick 24-10, Westfield Babarians defeated Yamacia 21-7, and Red Rock 1 thrashed Dritabua 33-12.
