PM opens Ba Civic Museum

Ba is Ba.

These were the words of Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama during the launch of the 75th Anniversary of Ba Town Council and the Inauguration of the Ba Civic Museum.

Bainimarama acknowledged the “never say die” spirit of the people of Ba and their determination to bounce back in difficult times.

The Prime Minister said Ba has always had a big influence on the nation’s affairs whether as the soccer kings of Fiji or the dozens of sons and daughters of Ba who occupy leadership roles at every level across Fiji.

During this time he also acknowledged the contribution of tens of thousands ordinary Fijians contribution to the town and the country.
