Lautoka Central College student Tikoke Noke is a step closer to living his dream of being the youngest player ever to represent Fiji at the upcoming rugby league world cup
Noke who will be turning 19 this Sunday was named in the 19 member Fiji Resident team for the Battle of the Bati next week.
Noke who was still in class eight during the last world cup said it has been his childhood dream to don the Fiji Bati jumper.
Meanwhile, four players who represented Fiji at the 2008 Rugby League World cup have also been named they include Osea Sadrau, Jone Wesele, Sevanaia Koroi and Semisi Tora.
The Battle of the Bati will be held next Thursday at the ANZ Stadium.
