With the new James Bond movie 'Skyfall' opening in cinemas today, the British High Commission will be holding a special screening at Village 6 cinemas in Suva tonight to celebrate their world famous spy.
It will be a celebration with a difference as the British High Commission said all proceeds from the special screening will go towards the Fiji Disabled Association with Fiji's Paralympic gold medallist Iliesa Delana and his coach, Fred Fatiaki attending as guests.
A special James Bond theme is the highlight of the evening with a cocktail prior to the screening at Cinema 3 at 7.30 tonight with the $15 tickets sold out.
The film has already grossed more than 320 million US dollars in overseas countries in 12 days of release.
It was particularly strong in Bond's native U.K., where the movie's 91 million US haul already makes it the highest grossing release of 2012.
