Lautoka soccer team sent Suva packing and gave a life line to neighbours Nadi after the hosts held the Capital City side 2-2 in the Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants soccer tournament at Churchill Park.
Lautoka opened the account in the 6th minute through Valerio Nawatu but Waisake Navunigasau headed in the equaliser for the Whites in the 18th minute.
Suva came back strongly after the breather and Issa Sani scored in the 69th minute but Lautoka made sure they do not lose in front of their home fans as Zibraaz Sahib levelled terms to make way for Nadi and send Suva home.
Labasa tops pool 1 to meet Nadi, the runners-up of pool 2 at 3pm while Lautoka after heading pool 2 will clash with Ba, the runners-up for pool 1 at 5pm.
