Fiji to apply to host 7s series

The Fiji Sports Council has confirmed it will be applying to the IRB to host an IRB 7s Series tournament at the ANZ Stadium for 2014 and the 2015 series.

Chairman Peter Mazey told Fijivillage that a group of IRB officials inspected the new stadium during the Coca-Cola Games and were impressed with the new facility.

Mazey said they are confident of a good response from the IRB.
