Reds winger Digby Ioane will miss his team's match against the Stormers this weekend due to injury.
Ioane had injured his knee but that the soft tissue injury was not considered serious.
Ioane was included in Robbie Deans 25-man Australia squad on the weekend to play the British and Irish Lions but is not in doubt for the series.
The Wallabies were hit by two more serious injuries on the weekend.
Veteran Brumbies flanker George Smith injured the medial ligament in his left knee and Waratahs hooker Tatafu Polotanau broke his right arm.
Both are doubtful for the Lions series.
The Reds will take on the Stormers at 3.05am this Sunday.
At 7.35pm this Friday the Chiefs take on the Crusaders.
