A team of police officers are currently on Naviti Island in Yasawa to take control of a situation which got out of hand following the sacking of some resort workers.
Police Chief of Operations, ACP Rusiate Tudravu said these workers were not happy with the termination and had a confrontation following which police had to be called in.
He said police will not condone any breach of laws.
