A passenger who is using a e-ticketing card should not tap twice into the machine.
However, the Director for Foneology, James Trusler said that even if the card is tapped twice, the machine will process the fare only once.
Trusler's comment comes after complaints received that some passengers paid double fare after the receipt did not come out of the machine.
