A villager of Tailevu who is charged with raping a young woman from the same village appeared before High Court Judge, Justice Janaka Bandara.
During the trial, the caution interview of the accused was read in Court, where it was highlighted that the alleged rape happened on the 21st May, 2005.
The trial continues today.
