A lot of the public services need to be improved.
This is the comment from the Public Service Commission Permanent Secretary Pramesh Chand during the launching of the Public Service Day celebrations which is next week.
Chand said the areas they have identified are from the feedbacks they receive.
Chand said service delivery can always improve which is why a number of reforms have been implemented.
He added there is always room for improvement and they will continue to work on improving the services.
People can lodge any complaints against the civil service to the ministries concerned or PSC.
