NRL based Bati to train next week
Fiji Bati Coach Rick Stone will have a training session next Saturday with all players playing in the NRL and are eligible to represent Fiji in this year’s Rugby League World Cup.

FNRL General Manager Tomy Finau said a total of 20 players are expected to attend the session in Sydney and this will enable them to gauge the players.

Some of the prominent players who will attend the training session include Lote Tuqiri, Petero Civoniceva, Jarryd Hayne, Akuila Uate, Marika Koroibete, John Sutton and Sisa Waqa.

The Rugby League World Cup kicks off on the 26th of October with Fiji taking on Ireland in their first match.
