An 18 member preliminary squad has been selected by Cricket Fiji which will prepare for the ICC World Cricket League Division 7 Tournament in Botswana.
The tournament which will be the last of its kind will be played from the 4th to the 14th of April with the top two teams advancing to the next stage of qualifiers.
The national side will once again be coached by Joeli Mateyawa who managed to improve the sides performance in the recent EAP T20 Tournament in Auckland where the side finished 3rd compared to 5th in the tournament before.
The final 14 that will travel to Botswana will be selected next week before the side leaves for Botswana on the 27th of next month for a week of preparation.
