Fiji Labour Party Leader, Mahendra Chaudhry's application for a stay on proceedings in relation to the case where he is charged with three counts of breach of the Exchange Control Act has been dismissed by Judge Paul Madigan.
The application was made on that grounds that there was abuse of process.
Justice Madigan said repeated applications have been made but there is nothing new.
