A trial date is expected to be set by the end of this month in relation to Suva businessman Ben Padarath and lawyer Aseri Vakaloloma.
The two charged with forgery appeared before Chief Magistrate Usaia Ratuvili this morning.
Meanwhile, Vakaloloma had applied for a bail variation which has been granted by the Magistrates court.
He has been ordered to inform FICAC in writing whenever he travels outside of Viti Levu instead of signing in at a FICAC office.
He is also to report to the nearest police station on the days he has been assigned to report to court.
The case has been adjourned to the 27th of this month (May).
