A hearing is expected to take place later this month in relation to an application by the Director of Public Prosecution to transfer a matter to High Court.
This case is in relation to Isoa Waqa who escaped from the Naboro Medium Facility in September last year.
Waqa is charged with criminal intimidation and resisting arrest.
