The Land transport Authority is urging the public to report complaints of misconduct by Public Service Vehicle drivers directly to them.
This after around 20 complaints of misconduct was reported at LTA offices in the last 3 months.
LTA spokesperson Iliesa Sokia told Fijivillage that these complaints of misconduct were mostly against bus drivers.
