The Fiji Muslim League is using its schools and mosques to create awareness on increasing number of sexual offences.
General Secretary, Mohammed Taabish Akbar said they are teaching the students and followers to have respect for fellow human beings.
He added children are a gift from God and should be protected by all adults and not only parents.
Akbar said parents definitely need to monitor what their children are accessing, and they need to teach their children the basics of self respect and respect for their fellow beings.
