The former Principal Information Officer of Works Ministry, Sainiana Radrodro withdrew her application for bail variation this morning.
She had applied for bail variation to travel to New Zealand with her son to attend his college orientation.
However, lawyer Aseri Vakaloloma who appeared on behalf of Filimoni Vosarogo informed Magistrate Yohan Liyange that Radrodro's son has left the country which is why they are withdrawing the application.
Magistrate Liyange has granted the withdrawal of application and the case has been adjourned to the 11th of next month for pre trial conference.
Radrodro is alleged to have obtained financial advantage on eleven separate occasions from 2010 to 2011.
