Speeding is one of the main causes of accidents in Fiji and 2,707 drivers were booked by the police within a month in committing this offence.
Director Traffic Mahesh Mishra said with Operation Rainbow, they have managed to catch these drivers.
Mishra said that they are conducting the operation in the north, west and the central division.
