The trial of a 39-year-old Nadi man who allegedly raped a 11-year-old girl four years ago, has started in the Nadi Magistrates Court.
It is alleged that on 26th January 2009, the man who was a land owner raped the girl who was his neighbor.
The prosecution called four witnesses while the defense had three witnesses.
The case has been adjourned to 23rd April.
