A 23 year-old man is in custody at the Totogo Police Station for the alleged murder of a 21 year-old man following a brawl.
The incident occurred last Friday where it is alleged that the suspect punched the 21 year old man who fell on the concrete pavement resulting in injuries to his head.
He was then rushed to the hospital by his friends and was admitted at the Intensive Care Unit till yesterday where he passed away.
The 21 year old was allegedly heavily intoxicated.
Members of the public are being urged by the police not to abuse alcohol and to use it moderately.
