A ruling on bail variation for the former principal information officer of the Ministry of Works and Transport Sainiana Radrodro will be delivered this Wednesday.
Radrodro, who was present in court today, is alleged to have obtained financial advantage on 11 separate occasions from 2010 to 2011, and is represented by Suva lawyer, Filimoni Vosarogo.
She wants to travel to New Zealand for her eldest son’s admission to Manukau University.
The FICAC lawyer told Magistrate Yohan Liyange this afternoon that they have replied to the submission filed by defense.
Magistrate Yohan Liyanage will deliver his decision on bail variation on Wednesday.
