A 42 year old former court officer of Sigatoka Magistrates Court charged with larceny by servant is expected to be sentenced later today.
This morning Josefa Nanisi was convicted after the trial and was remanded in custody.
The court heard that Nanisi miss-used $11,088.53 between 2007 and 2008 which were paid to the court as traffic fines and maintenance fees.
He is expected to be sentenced at 3pm today.
