Education Ministry follows up on school

Education Ministry follows up on school
The Ministry of Education is following up on a case of a prominent school in Suva that has instructed it's students to pay up their fees arrears before they are allowed to continue with classes in Term 3.

According to the Ministry, all schools have been directed not to send the students home if their fees have not been paid and that they should continue with classes as normal.

However, the Ministry is alarmed that some schools are still sending students home because of this.

Parents are also being advised by the Ministry to make arrangements with the schools that your children are attending, on when you will be able to pay their fees.

Fijivillage received confirmation from the students that they are still at home as the school has not allowed them to continue with classes, unless their fees are paid.
