The National carrier, Air Pacific will add another flight service to Hong Kong in December.

A new flight will start from December 13th on Mondays departing Fiji every Monday, Thursday and Saturday and returning every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday's.

Chief Executive Officer Dave Pflieger said that an extra flight was added after they received requests from business partners and customers for more flights during their visit to Hong Kong with the Prime Minister.

He said they have received strong support from the Prime Minister, Minister of Tourism, Minister of Civil Aviation, Tourism Fiji, our Fiji tourism industry partners, the travel agency community in Fiji, and customers in Hong Kong, China, India, UK and Europe.

Pflieger said Fiji rugby supporters can now also plan to attend the Hong Kong Sevens tournament in March 2011 with the convenience of three direct services.

He said the strategic review of Air Pacific and Pacific Sun will result in more changes and service enhancements in the coming months.
