Children battling cancer will now be able to celebrate their birthdays with funds being given towards the Walk On Walk Strong foundation.
This said Sina Kami after receiving a $2,000 cheque from the fundraiser dinner organised by the University of the South Pacific.
According to Kami it is important that children with cancer celebrate special moments as some only have a little time left with loved ones.
Meanwhile Dr Esther Williams Acting Vice Chancellor of USP gave $2,000 to the Walk on Walk Strong Foundation and the Fiji Cancer Society last week.
