5 Homeless after morning fire

Five people are homeless after a morning fire destroyed a lean to house at Togomasi settlement.

The National Fire Authority (NFA) said no one was at home at the time of the fire which is believed to have started around 10 this morning.

The corrugated iron and timber house was destroyed in the fire with the household content.

Police and NFA are investigating the incident to establish the cause of fire.
