Conspiracy murder cases adjourned
The conspiracy to murder case regarding the Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama, former Finance Minister Mahendra Chaudhry and Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum, has been adjourned to 9am tomorrow after the Suva High Court received word that the second State witness could not come in.

High Court Judge Justice Paul Madigan stood the matter down until later after State Counsel David Toganivalu told the court Major Isireli Narawa had informed them that he was sick.

Justice Maddigan expressed concern at the revelation and told Tonganivalu to check on the seriousness of Major Narawa's illness.

After finding out details, Toganivalu told Justice Maddigan that Major Narawa could not come as he was admitted in hospital.

The 8 accused persons charged with conspiracy to murder are Naitasiri high chief, Ratu Inoke Takiveikata, Feoko Gadekibau, Barbados Mills, Sivaniolo Naulago, Metuisela Mua, Eparama Waqatairewa, Kaminieli Vosavere and Pauliasi Ramulo.
