People who are not coming forward to the Constitution Commission are failing in their duty as Fiji citizens according to chairperson, Professor Yash Ghai.
With a slow day of people coming forward with their submissions yesterday, Ghai said the Commission does not want to be accused of manufacturing ideas and want a very transparent process.
Ghai said they have to retain impartiality by hearing what people tell them in the public domain.
