Immigration Department await word from Solicitor Generals office

The Immigration Department is still awaiting word from the Solicitor Generals office on whether Oberthur Technologies has breached their contract obligation with the delay in sending of passports to Fiji.
Director Major Nemani Vuniwaqa said at this point im time they are expecting 40,000 new passports to arrive on the 14th of this month.
At present there are over 12,000 pending passport applications.
