Police receive another case of impersonation
Police have received another case of impersonation in Vatuwaqa over the weekend.

In less than two weeks, four cases of impersonation have emerged, including two cases in Ba and one in Kadavu, which is now being investigated.

According to Spokesperson, Atunaisa Sokomuri, a man allegedly posed as a government official and visited a village in Kadavu to obtain villagers signatures saying it will be needed for election next year.

The villagers were shocked to hear from relatives in Suva saying their names and signatures appeared in one of the dailies supporting the registration of a proposed political party.

Meanwhile, police are also looking for two men who allegedly impersonated government officials and were taking signatures of people in Ba.
